With over 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality, construction, and
property management, Luca Paron brings a rare combination of operational expertise
and hands-on project oversight to the real estate sector in Roatán.
Originally from Italy and now based in the Bay Islands, Luca has built and led
companies in construction and property management, overseeing residential and
commercial developments from concept to completion. As Founder and Project
Manager of LUANCON, he has managed end-to-end execution of construction projects — including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contractor coordination, and on-site supervision — ensuring quality standards, timelines, and financial efficiency are consistently met.
Prior to his work in construction, Luca owned and operated a property management
company serving residential and vacation rental properties in Roatán, building long-term relationships with homeowners while overseeing maintenance, renovations, and
operational performance.
His early career in hospitality management further shaped his leadership approach.
Having managed hotels, resorts, and multi-department operations, Luca developed
strong team leadership, cost control, and client service skills — all essential in guiding buyers and sellers through high-value real estate transactions.
Today, Luca leverages his deep understanding of construction, property operations, and investment performance to provide clients with strategic insight beyond the transaction.
Whether assisting buyers evaluating a property’s structural potential, advising investors on renovation opportunities, or guiding sellers through positioning and negotiations, Luca offers a disciplined, transparent, and relationship-driven approach.
Fluent in Italian and Spanish, with strong English communication skills, Luca works
confidently within multicultural environments and international client bases.
